Lead Carpenter
Job Description
- Responsible for building, installing, and repairing existing structures.
- Work with drywall and concrete (on occasion).
- Frame Walls, Floors, Ceilings & Stairs (residential and light commercial)
- Install cabinets and trim.
- Install/Modify/Repair Siding (Roofing a plus)
- Install/Replace Windows – Doors & Hardware
- Install flooring: hardwood or tile.
- Build porches and decks.
- Work quickly but safely and all work to be done with quality.
Qualification Requirements
- Physically able to perform the work in door and out.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with superiors and subordinates effectively.
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Great Attitude
- No smoking
- Own tools
- Reliable Transportation
- Good driving record (we have company vehicles you may need to drive on ocassion.
