We do. We’re experienced with investor-driven projects, multi-unit rehabs, and value-add renovations. We understand lender requirements, draw schedules, and the importance of ROI.

We use two standard payment models:

  • Milestone-based: Payments are broken into phases—typically start, midpoint, and final completion.
  • Draw-based: Common for larger or lender-financed jobs, invoiced on a Net 15 draw schedule tied to progress.
