Lead Carpenter

Job Description

• Responsible for building, installing, and repairing existing structures.
• Work with drywall and concrete (on occasion).
• Frame Walls, Floors, Ceilings & Stairs (residential and light commercial)
• Install cabinets and trim.
• Install/Modify/Repair Siding (Roofing a plus)
• Install/Replace Windows – Doors & Hardware
• Install flooring: hardwood or tile.
• Build porches and decks.
• Work quickly but safely and all work to be done with quality.

Qualification Requirements

• Physically able to perform the work in door and out.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with superiors and subordinates effectively.
• High School Education or Equivalent
• Great Attitude
• No smoking
• Own tools
• Reliable Transportation
• Good driving record (we have company vehicles you may need to drive on occasion.)
